Town of Highlands, NC

The Town of Highlands Planning Board is appointed by the Board of Commissioners annually. Their duties consist of considering re-zoning requests, reviewing subdivision requests, and making recommendations on other land use-related issues. The Planning Board meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Highlands Community Building (71 Poplar Street). The members are:
